Prepare Stock: Ensure that the product codes in ZORT and Lazada match 100%. Also, make sure the stock in ZORT is updated because the system will pull the stock immediately upon connection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Connect: Once the stock is ready, proceed to connect Lazada with ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">3. Setting: After connecting, click to edit and set up the information updates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">4. Go to the Settings menu, then select Connect Other Services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Once the store name is set, a window will appear to update settings. Scroll down to see the summary of current settings. After clicking edit, a configuration window will appear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\"><strong>Setting Up Product Information Transfer from ZORT to Lazada<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1. Update Product Information to Lazada:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Transfer product name, selling price, product details, and weight when these details change in ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Update Stock to Lazada:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Transfer stock quantity to Lazada when there is a change in ZORT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Choose the type of stock to update: remaining stock or available stock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Promotional Products: Configure ZORT to reserve stock for promotions or flash sales. Any remaining stock after the promotion will return to normal stock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Select warehouse\/branch for updating stock.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/supportzortout.zendesk.com\/guide-media\/01J1YPV38HSPC6RYHR8GZEG4M0\" alt=\"Z Laz5.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\"><strong>Setting Up Order Status from Lazada to ZORT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1. Import Orders from Lazada:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Choose to import all orders to align stock in ZORT and Lazada or only import paid and COD orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Tax Type: Choose according to the platform or include VAT. If shipping costs include VAT, tick the checkbox to enable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Product Name: Choose to use the name from the platform&#8217;s order or ZORT.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/supportzortout.zendesk.com\/guide-media\/01J1YPV4VRKXQGKY87JM952X0W\" alt=\"Z Laz6.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Set General Order Status:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">When orders from Lazada are imported to ZORT, the order status can be set as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Pending Transfer: The order will be &#8220;pending transfer,&#8221; and the store needs to manually change the status in ZORT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Transfer Immediately from Warehouse: The order status in ZORT will change to &#8220;completed&#8221; immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Automatic: The order status will follow Lazada&#8217;s status changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Warehouse\/branch of the item is canceled (only for items with automatic status setting) when the sales order is canceled (in all cases). The system will return the product quantity to the designated warehouse. You can configure the system to either cancel the item alone or cancel the item and create a return receipt as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/supportzortout.zendesk.com\/guide-media\/01J1YPV83Z1NDE0CWXMYEFR0P6\" alt=\"Z Laz7.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">3. Set Payment Status:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Set payment status for orders paid through Lazada&#8217;s system.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Pending Payment: The payment status will be &#8220;pending,&#8221; and the store needs to manually change it in ZORT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Paid in Full: The payment status will be shown as &#8220;paid in full.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Automatic: The payment status will change according to Lazada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Payment Method Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">You can choose to import payment method information in the following ways:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1. Import Payment Method Information from Lazada: The system will pull all payment method information available in Lazada into ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Specify Payment Method: This involves setting up the payment method name from Lazada, which will be one payment method per platform. When the system imports data, it will display the payment method name as set by the store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/supportzortout.zendesk.com\/guide-media\/01J1YPW2XEZ9A3FHZG7V3CVZT2\" alt=\"Z Laz8.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">3. Set Financial Status:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Update commissions and expenses from the platform. The system will automatically update the commissions and other expenses deducted from the value of each order.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">4. Set Marketplace Transfer Information:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Import payment information automatically by ticking the checkbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">5. Customer Information:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Import Customer Data from Lazada: Customer data will follow the platform&#8217;s policies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Set Customer Information Manually: Name customers based on the order source, e.g., name customers from Shopee as &#8220;Mr. A.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">6. After completing the initial setup, you can proceed to update and sync data as needed. You can import all product data and current stock levels from Lazada into ZORT by clicking the \u201cUpdate\u201d button in the product import section. Note that products that have been deleted or banned will not be imported into ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">B. Click the \u201cUpdate\u201d button next to the product data connection section to synchronize product information between ZORT and Lazada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">C. If you want to import product images from Lazada into ZORT, click the \u201cUpdate\u201d button in the product image import section. The system will pull the first image of each product from Lazada into ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">D. Import Historical Sales Data: If your store&#8217;s package expired and no orders from Lazada were visible in the sales list, you can update historical sales data once the package is renewed.
