How to Set Up Automatic Shipping for Marketplace Orders (Auto Ready to Ship)<\/p>\n

Auto Ready to Ship is a feature that automatically sets orders from the Marketplace to “Ready to Ship” to streamline store operations and expedite shipping. Here\u2019s how to configure it:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Platforms Supported<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lazada<\/span><\/p>\n

Shopee (pending)<\/span><\/p>\n

TikTok Shop (pending)<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Setup Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Connect Other Services”.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Click on the three dots next to the Marketplace you wish to configure.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Select “Edit”.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Go to “Ready to Ship Status Settings”, enable the “Auto Ready to Ship” option.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scheduling:<\/span><\/p>\n

First Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 09:00 and 10:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 12:00 and 13:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Third Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 18:00 and 20:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

To have the system perform Auto Ready to Ship continuously, select the time period from 12:00 to 23:59.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Specify Dates: Choose the days you want the system to perform Auto Ready to Ship, either every day or specific days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Example: Set Auto Ready to Ship for Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Exceptions: Choose up to 3 specific dates and times when Auto Ready to Ship should not occur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Example:<\/span><\/p>\n

Exception 1: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Monday from 06:30 to 06:40.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exception 2: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Tuesday from 06:30 to 06:40.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exception 3: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Wednesday from 06:30 to 06:40.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Select Automatic Pickup Time: This setting allows the system to choose a pickup time or window for collecting goods. You can choose from the following three options:<\/span><\/p>\n

A. Do Not Automatically Select Pickup Time: The system will not send pickup times to the Marketplace, allowing the store to coordinate directly with the courier.<\/span><\/p>\n

B. Select Earliest Pickup Time: The system will choose the earliest pickup time provided by the Marketplace and send it to the courier.<\/span><\/p>\n

C. Select Latest Pickup Time: The system will choose the latest pickup time provided by the Marketplace and send it to the courier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. If using Dropoff services or handling parcels yourself, choose \u201cDo Not Automatically Select Pickup Time\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. If using your own delivery fleet, you can also set Auto Ready to Ship, and the system will automatically update the order status to “Shipped”.<\/span><\/p>\n
