Stores must first register for the Cash on Delivery (COD) service with J&amp;T Express before they can use the COD feature in the ZORT system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1.1) If this is the first time the store is using J&amp;T Express for shipping services, please contact the Call Center at 02-009-5678 to register for the COD service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1.2) If the store has previously used J&amp;T Express for shipping, you can directly contact the branch you regularly use to register for the COD service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. Documents required for J&amp;T Express contract:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2 copies of house registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2 copies of ID card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2 copies of bank account book.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">3. Wait for registration confirmation from your J&amp;T Express branch. Once completed, you can use the COD service via ZORT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-black wysiwyg-font-size-x-large\">How to use COD service<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">1. Standard customers without a VIP contract with J&amp;T Express will be charged a 3% COD service fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">2. VIP customers will have COD rates based on branch agreements. Contact the branch directly for COD rate details.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">3. Kasikorn Bank account: Funds will be transferred to the store the next day after collection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">4.
