When a customer places an order on the MyShop store, the store can easily manage the order through the ZORT system using the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Log into the MyShop store system.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Select the \u201cE-commerce\u201d menu.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Go to the \u201cOrders\u201d menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Choose the \u201cOrders\u201d menu to review the orders.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. Click on the \u201cOrder Number\u201d to review the order details.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. Click on the slip image to verify if the payment amount is correct.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. If the slip received matches the order details, click the \u201cPayment Correct\u201d button immediately.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

8. Click the \u201cConfirm\u201d button to confirm that the amount received from the customer is correct.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

9. The payment status will change to \u201cPaid.\u201d<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

10. Log into the ZORT system and go to the \u201cSales\u201d menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Select the \u201cView Sales\u201d menu.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

12. The \u201cPayment\u201d menu will show as \u201cPaid.\u201d<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Managing MyShop Stock on ZORT in Real-Time<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Eliminate the hassle of adjusting stock across multiple channels. The store can update stock from MyShop and other channels simultaneously in one place with the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Select the \u201cPending\u201d Status.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Click the \u201cSave\u201d button. The orders status will change to \u201cCompleted.\u201d<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Return to the ZORT website and select the \u201cOrders\u201d category.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Choose the \u201cOrderss\u201d menu to check the remaining and available stock in the ZORT system.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Return to the MyShop website and click the \u201cConfirm.”<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

6. Enter the tracking number (if available), and then click the \u201cConfirm\u201d button again. The shipment status will show as \u201cCompleted.\u201d<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Go to the \u201cProducts\u201d menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Select \u201cStock Management\u201d to verify the remaining and available stock in MyShop. If the stock levels in MyShop match those in ZORT, the sales process is considered complete.<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n
