The customer must type &#8220;CF A01&#8221; for the system to record the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Recording Orders Based on Product Codes Only: If this setting is enabled, the system will only record orders when the customer types the exact product code. For example, if the product code is A01, the customer must type A01 to record the order. If enabled, the system will capture any message containing the product code, such as &#8220;Hello A01,&#8221; as an order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Liking Successful Order Messages: The system will &#8220;like&#8221; messages containing successful orders to confirm the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Preventing Duplicate CFs: If a customer submits the same order message multiple times, the system will only record it once.
