Automatic Document Update Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Settings for the update frequency for sending data to PEAK. You can choose from the following four options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">No Update: Sales data will not be sent to PEAK. The store must manually send the data using the send data button (button on top).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Daily Update to PEAK: Sales data will be sent to PEAK at the end of each day (sent at 03:00 every following day).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Monthly Update to PEAK: Sales data will be sent to PEAK on the 1st of the following month at 03:30.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Hourly Update to PEAK: Sales data will be sent to PEAK at the start of every hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">B. Data Status<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">You can choose to send data to PEAK based on the sales status:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Paid and Completed: The sale must be completed (goods have been sent) and fully paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Paid Only: The sale must be fully paid. document number from PEAK. The sales order number from ZORT will be sent as a reference number in PEAK, and the document number will be the number from PEAK.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Red: Product name. The product name will be used from the product menu page (the product name in PEAK may not match the sales order).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Blue: Product price per unit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Yellow: End-of-bill discount. In this example, it&#8217;s a manually created sales order, and the discount will be sent along as well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Purple: Shipping cost paid by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">Green: The document date on PEAK will use the payment date in ZORT.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large wysiwyg-color-black\">C.
