Dee-Delivery

Dee-Delivery is a shipping service where payment is collected on delivery (COD), as mandated by the Consumer Protection Board (CPB), effective from 3rd October 2024. This measure applies to two shipping services on the ZORT system: DHL and Kerry Express (KEX).

 

 

If the customer receives a product that is not as described or is damaged, they have the right to refuse the product and return it to the seller within 5 days from the receipt date. If the complaint is valid, the shipping company must refund the buyer within 5 days according to CPB regulations. The details are as follows:

 

For Shipping Service Providers (COD):

  1. The shipping service provider must issue a receipt that includes clear details such as:
  • Sender’s name, address (seller)
  • Transport provider’s name
  • Receiver’s name
  • Package details like product name, size, weight, quantity, color, price

 

  1. The shipping company must hold the payment for 5 days before transferring it to the seller, giving consumers time to inspect the goods and request a refund.

 

 

For Consumers:

  1. Consumers are allowed to open the package to inspect the product before paying. If the product is incorrect or damaged, they have the right to refuse payment and reject the product.
  2. Consumers can request a refund and return the product within 5 days after receiving it.

 

How to Enter Product Information According to Dee-Delivery on ZORT System

 

  1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders”.
  2. Select the order you want to update.
  3. Click the “Postal Service”.
  4. Choose “1 shipment” if all items are going to the same address, or “Each shipment” if each item has a different address.

 

  1. Go to the Shipping Point section.
  2. Select DHL or Kerry Express (KEX) as the shipping provider.

 

 

  1. The system will display fields to fill in the detailed product information. Enter all required details.

 

 

  1. Once the information is confirmed, click “Next”.

 

  1. The system will show the shipping terms and the number of points deducted. Click “Confirm”.

 

 

  1. The system will display the shipping label for the package.

 

 

Now, your store can use shipping services through ZORT according to the CPB’s Dee-Delivery.
