To connect and set up ZORT with Shopee, follow these four simple steps:
1. Prepare Stock: Ensure that product codes in ZORT and Shopee match exactly, and confirm that all inventory in ZORT is accurate since the system will pull stock information immediately upon connection.
2. Connect: Once inventory is prepared, initiate the connection between Shopee and ZORT by selecting the connect option.
3. Setting: After connecting, click on the “Edit” button to set up the delivery settings and update various data.
4. Update: Click the “Update” button to synchronize stock levels and information.
How to Integrate TikTok Shop to ZORT
Once you have prepared your stock, you can connect TikTok Shop to ZORT by following these steps:
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Integration.”
2. Click on “Add Integration.”
3. Choose “Marketplace.”
4. Select “TikTok Shop” as the type.
5. Click on “Connect to TikTok Shop.”
6. The system will be directed to TikTok Seller Center.
- Select your country where your TikTok Shop is registered, e.g., Thailand.
- Click “Next.”
7. Login to TikTok Seller Center
- Enter your TikTok Seller username and password.
- Click “Login.”
8. After logging in, a page will appear asking for authorization.
- Fill in the required details and select a duration of 1 year.
- Check the box to grant access and usage permissions.
- Click “Confirm Installation.”
9. Read the terms and click “Authorize.”
10. The system will be redirected back to ZORT.
- Enter a name for the connection (this name will be used in the sales listing).
- Choose the store you want to connect.
- Select the warehouse for stock updates.
11. Click “Save.”

If not found, go to TikTok Shop, select “Service,” then “My Service,” and click “Cancel” to disconnect the API.
Check the box “I Understand the risks…” and click “Cancel Authorization.”
12. After naming the store, scroll down to review the current settings. Click “Edit” in the top-right corner if changes are needed.
13. When you click the “Edit” button, a settings window will appear. Here’s how you can configure the product data transfer from ZORT to TikTok Shop:
Update Quantity to TikTok Shop
Updating product quantities in TikTok Shop when changes occur in ZORT System
- Select the Type of Quantity to Update: You can choose whether to send the remaining stock quantity or the available-for-sale stock quantity.
- Select the Warehouse/Branch for Product Quantity Update: You can choose which warehouse’s stock will be displayed on the platform.
For setting status for orders from TikTok Shop can be set as follows:
1. Import Sales Orders from TikTok Shop: You can choose to import all orders to keep stock deductions in ZORT and TikTok Shop consistent or select to import only paid orders and COD orders.
- Tax Type: You can choose according to the sales order from the platform or include VAT. If there is shipping cost including VAT, the store can tick the box to enable it.
- Product Name: You can choose to use the product name from the sales order on the platform or the product name in ZORT.
2. Setting Status for General Orders: When sales orders from TikTok Shop are imported into the ZORT system, the status of the orders can be set as follows:
- Set to Awaiting Transfer: The sales order will have a status of “Awaiting Transfer.” The store must manually change the sales order status in the ZORT system again.
- Set to Immediate Transfer from Warehouse: The sales order status in ZORT will change to “Completed” immediately, even if the store has not yet shipped the product.
- Set to Automatic: The sales order status will be referenced from TikTok Shop. For example, when there is a request for shipping, the status will automatically change from “Awaiting Transfer” to “Awaiting Shipment,” so the store does not need to adjust the status manually.
Warehouse/Branch for Cancelled Orders (Only for Orders with Automatic Status Setting): When a sales order is cancelled (in all cases), the system will return the product quantity to the warehouse as configured. You can choose to configure the system to either cancel the order alone or cancel the order and create a return order.
- Set to Awaiting Payment: The payment status of the sales order will be displayed as “Awaiting Payment.” The store must manually change the payment status in the ZORT system again.
- Set to Paid in Full: The payment status of the sales order will be displayed as “Paid in Full” immediately.
- Set to Automatic: The payment status will change according to TikTok Shop. For example, if the customer makes a payment, the status will automatically change from “Awaiting Payment” to “Paid in Full.”
3. Payment Settings
You can choose to import payment method information as follows:
1. Import Payment Method Information from TikTok Shop: The system will import all payment methods available in TikTok Shop into ZORT.
2. Specify Payment Method: This allows you to set the name of the payment method from TikTok Shop, assigning one payment method per platform. When the system imports data, it will display the payment method name as configured by the store.
4. Set Financial Status
- Update Commission and Other Fees: The system will update the commission and any deductions made by the platform from the value of each order.
1. Set Transfer Information from Marketplace
- This involves importing the transfer report from TikTok Shop to the store. The information will be displayed on the sales report page according to the marketplace, including transfer reports and shipping fee reports.
2. Customer Information
- Import Customer Information from TikTok Shop: Customer information will be based on the sales order and will be displayed according to the platform’s policy.
- Specify Customer Information: If customer names are pre-configured, incoming orders will display the names as set. For example, if you set the customer name from TikTok Shop as “Mr. A,” incoming orders will display the name “Mr. A” as configured.
14. Click “Save.”
1. The store can import all product listings and remaining stock quantities from TikTok Shop into the ZORT system by clicking the “Update” button under the import product information section. (Products that have been deleted or banned will not be imported into the ZORT system.)
2. Click the “Update” button next to the connect product information section to synchronize the product information between ZORT and TikTok Shop.
3. If the store wants to import product images from TikTok Shop into the ZORT system, click the “Update” button next to the update product images section. The system will import the first image of each product listing from TikTok Shop into the ZORT system.
4. Import Past Sales Data: If the store’s package expires and there are no orders from TikTok Shop appearing in the sales list, you can click the “Update” button to import past sales data after renewing the package.
