For stores looking to connect TikTok Shop with ZORT and have a large number of products but have not yet updated the product codes to match ZORT, you can easily do so using the following steps:
1. Log into the TikTok Shop Seller Center and go to the “Products” menu under “Bulk Management Tools.”
2. Click on “Edit Products in Bulk.”
3. Go to the “Download” section.
4. Select the products you want to edit.
5. Click on “Select Marked Items” or “Select Filtered Items.”
6. Choose “Sales Information.”
7. Click “Create Template.”
8. Click the “Download” button.
9. Open the downloaded Excel file, go to the “Seller SKU” column, and update the product codes to match those in ZORT.
10. Save the Excel file and return to the “Edit Products in Bulk” page under the “Upload” section.
11. Click to select the file or drag and drop the file to upload.
