If your store already uses DHL’s shipping service through Shipping Point and wants to add the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, you can register by following these steps:
General Terms and Conditions:
- The COD amount has no minimum but a maximum of 50,000 Baht.
- The COD fee is 2.14%.
How to Register
- Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Postal Service”.
- Click the “Add” button.
- Go to the Shipping Point section and select DHL as the shipping provider.
- Check the box for “Cash on Delivery” service.
- A pop-up message will appear: “You are not yet able to use the COD service as you have not registered.” Click the “Register” button.
- Fill in the details to activate the COD service and attach the necessary documents, depending on your business type:
- For Individuals:
- A copy of your ID card (a photo of the document is acceptable).
- A copy of your bank book.
- For Legal Entities:
- A copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory.
- A copy of the company’s certificate of registration.
- A copy of the company’s bank book (must match the company registration details).
- Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the parcel shipping service.
- Click Register. (Approval usually takes 1-2 working days).
- Once approved, you will be able to use the COD shipping service.
COD Payment Transfer Terms:
- The shipping provider will transfer the COD payment to ZORT after the recipient signs for the parcel or when the delivery is successfully completed.
- The system transfers the COD payment Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (2 working days).
- The summary report of COD payments will show information once ZORT has approved the payment transfer.
