How to Send a Cash on Delivery (COD) Parcel with J&T Express

ZORT customers can now easily use the Cash on Delivery (COD) service through J&T Express by following these steps:

 

How to register for COD service

1. Stores must first register for the Cash on Delivery (COD) service with J&T Express before they can use the COD feature in the ZORT system.

1.1) If this is the first time the store is using J&T Express for shipping services, please contact the Call Center at 02-009-5678 to register for the COD service.

1.2) If the store has previously used J&T Express for shipping, you can directly contact the branch you regularly use to register for the COD service.

 

2. Documents required for J&T Express contract:

  • 2 copies of house registration.
  • 2 copies of ID card.
  • 2 copies of bank account book.

 

3. Wait for registration confirmation from your J&T Express branch. Once completed, you can use the COD service via ZORT.

 

How to use COD service

 

1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders.” Choose the order you want to ship and click “Postal Service.”

2. Select J&T Express. The COD option will appear. Select COD, enter the package weight, and check the customer’s charge amount. Click “Next.”

3. Choose the warehouse to deduct stock from, read the service conditions, and click “Confirm.”

4. Print the shipping label. You can wait for the courier to pick up the package or drop it off at the branch, depending on the chosen service.

COD Service Conditions with J&T Express in ZORT

1. Standard customers without a VIP contract with J&T Express will be charged a 3% COD service fee.

2. VIP customers will have COD rates based on branch agreements. Contact the branch directly for COD rate details.

3. Kasikorn Bank account: Funds will be transferred to the store the next day after collection.

4. Other bank accounts: Funds will be transferred to the store within 2-3 business days after collection.
