How to ship via Thai Post using ZORT
1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders”
2. Select the order you want to ship.
3. Click “Postal Service.”
4. Select the package weight. It is recommended to choose the weight and size that are closest to your package dimensions, as it will affect point deduction when requesting the courier. (If the weight was specified when creating the product, the system will automatically display this information on the shipping request page.)
5. Select “Thai Post” (this will involve dropping off the package at a branch yourself).
6. Enter the recipient and sender information, then click “Next.”
7. Choose the warehouse to deduct stock from.
8. Click “Confirm.”
9. Upon confirmation, you will be directed to the payment page. Review the details and check “I accept the terms of service and privacy policy.”
10. Click “Confirm and Pay.”
11. Choose the payment method. You can pay via QR code or other available options.
12. The system will take you to the “Poatal Service” page. Click the “three dots” next to the order.
13. Select the shipping label size you prefer and print

After attaching the label to the package, you can drop it off at any Thai Post drop-off point.
Comparing Thai Post Status with ZORT
- Call for Pickup: Once the courier request and payment are completed, the order status updates to “Awaiting Shipment.”
- Courier Pickup: When the courier picks up the package, the order status remains “Awaiting Shipment.”
- In Transit: When the package is in transit, the order status updates to “In Transit.”
- Delivery Completed: When the package is delivered, the order status updates to “Completed,” and the stock is automatically deducted.
- Return/Cancel: If the courier request is canceled or the package is returned, the order status updates to “Shipment Canceled.”
