How to Top Up Shipping Points

For stores using ZORT’s direct payment shipping service, refilling Shipping Points can be done easily as follows:

1. Click the “Shipping Point” button at the top right corner.

2. Press “Refill Points.”

3. You will be directed to the “Refill Shipping Point” page, which includes:

A. Shipping Points: Current remaining balance of Shipping Points.

B. Select Shipping Point Amount: Choose or specify the amount to refill (no minimum amount, whole numbers only).

C. Select Payment Method: Currently, only QR Code payment is supported.

D. Receipt Request: If you need a receipt, tick the box and fill in the necessary information.

E. Note: An electronic receipt will be emailed within 7 business days after refilling.

4. After completing the information, click “Proceed.”

5. A QR Code will be displayed for payment.

6. Upon successful payment, a “Payment Successful” message will appear.

7. The refilled amount will be added to the “Total Remaining Points” in the usage history.

8. The refill history will be shown under “Refill Points.”
