Resolve issues where an order has multiple tracking numbers by using the “Multiple Tracking Numbers” service. Follow these steps to set it up and use it:
1. Go to the “Packages” menu and select “Add-On” section.
2. Select “Install” for the Tracking Numbers (note that this has already been installed in our case).
The system will connect the add-on under the “Multiple Tracking Numbers” category. Once the connection is successful, proceed with creating multiple tracking numbers.
1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders” section.
2. Choose the order to add multiple tracking numbers.
3. Enter the “Tracking Number” you want to add, along with the “Add Date” (you can add an unlimited number of tracking numbers).
4. Click “Save”.
The system will save all the tracking numbers entered, notify the buyer, and display the information as shown.
