Plan and Reward Settings

The Point Earning Setup is used to define the conditions for earning points based on purchase amounts.

1. Accessing the Buzzebees Backend System

  • Go to the Buzzebees system via this link.
  • Enter your Username and Password (provided via email after subscribing to the CRM Plus package).
  • Click “Login.”

(Users will receive an E-mail with your Username and Password after completing CRM Plus package registration)

2. Go to the “Point and Rewards” menu and select “Point Earning Setup.”

3. Click the “Create New” button.

4. Fill in the “Add Earning” form with the following details:

  • Name: Name of the point accumulation campaign (e.g., “50 THB = 1 Point”).
  • Description: Conditions for redeeming points or other details.
  • Status: Choose “Active” to enable immediately or “Inactive” to disable.
  • Campaign Period: Duration for earning points in this campaign.
  • Point Accumulation Ratio: Specify the conversion rate (e.g., “50 THB = 1 Point”).
  • Welcome Point: Points given to new customers (specify any amount).

5. Once all details are filled, click “Confirm.”

6. The new earning conditions will appear on the “Point and Rewards” page.


 

How to Create Rewards Setup

Rewards Setup allows you to create codes for redeeming various prizes.

 

1. Go to the “Point and Rewards” menu and select “Rewards Setup.”

2. Click the “Create New” button.

3. Fill in the “Add Campaign” form with the following details:

  • Name: Name of the campaign.
  • Detail: Description of the campaign.
  • Terms and Conditions: Conditions for redeeming rewards.
  • Image: Add an image of the reward or discount coupon.
  • Point: Specify the number of points required for redemption.
  • Total Quota: Set the total number of rewards available.
  • Interval: Specify the redemption period.
  • Import Code: For importing code data.
  • Period: Redemption period for the reward.
  • Status: Choose “Active” to enable immediately or “Inactive” to disable.

4. Click “Save” once all settings are complete. The new reward will appear on the “Rewards Setup” page for redemption.
