Using Serial Numbers for Orders and Order Returns

For stores that sell electrical appliances or other products with Serial Numbers, when creating an “Order” or “Order Return,” you can specify the Serial Numbers in the lists using the following methods.

 

Adding Serial Numbers to Sales Orders

1. Go to the “Orders” menu under “Add Order”.

2. Fill in the required information and choose the product.

 

3. Click “Save”.

 

4. Click the “blue icon” in front of the product.

5. Click “Add Serial Number”.

 

6. Click “Add” next to the serial number for the order.

Adding Serial Numbers to Return Orders

1. Click the desired order.

 

2. Click “More”.

3. Select “Order Return”.

 

4. Choose the product and quantity to return.

 

5. Click “Save”.

 

6. Click the “blue icon” in front of the product.

7. Click “Add Serial Number”.

 

8. Click “Add” next to the serial number to return. The system will show the serial number referenced from the original order.

Remarks:

  • If a serial number has been returned, it can be used again for a new order.

  • If a serial number has been returned or used in a new order, it cannot be deleted from the original order due to its use in the new order.

This allows stores to easily and conveniently manage orders and return orders with serial numbers.
