ZORT, the order and inventory management system, now allows you to connect and receive orders from Facebook Live. Shops that want to use the ZORT LIVE system can connect Facebook Live to the ZORT system by following these steps:
Important! Before using the ZORT LIVE system, make sure to disconnect any Auto Reply systems from other platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Integration.”
2. Click on the “Add Integration” button.
3. Select “Social.”
4. Choose “Facebook” as the type.
5. Connect with Facebook by clicking the “Continue as …” button.
6. Choose the “Page” you want to connect.
7. Click the “Verify” button.
After Successfully Connecting Your Facebook Channel, You Can Set Up as Follows:
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Integration.”
2. Choose the page you want to go LIVE on in “Social Commerce.”
3. Once the page is selected, click “Edit.”
4. Choose the “Inventory” you want to use during the live session.
5. Assign the “User” who can operate the selected page.
6. Click “Save.”
