You can now ship packages with Kerry Express through the ZORT system. Enjoy the convenience of:
- Receiving the tracking number from Kerry directly on ZORT.
- Printing Kerry-style shipping labels.
- Dropping off packages and paying at Kerry counters.
General Information:
- Supports drop-off and cash on delivery (COD) services.
- Enter the package weight before requesting the courier.
- Registration required before use.
- Payment method: Pay directly to the courier.
- Note: Service is linked to the registered branch; cannot ship from different branches.
COD orders will update the payment status to “Paid in Full” once the recipient completes payment to the courier.
How to use Kerry Express via ZORT
1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders.”
2. Choose the order you want to ship.
3. Click “Postal Service.”
4. Select the type of shipment: 1 shipment or each shipment (different addresses).
5. Enter the recipient’s and sender’s details, then select “Kerry Express” as the shipping service.
6. Click “Next.”
7. Choose the warehouse to deduct stock from.
8. Click “Confirmt.”
9. The system will generate a shipping label, which you can print and take to a Kerry Express service point.
How to print a shipping label
1. Select the sales order for which the courier has been requested.
2. Go to the “Documents” button.
3. Select “Print Address Label.”
4. Choose the size “4×6.”
5. Click “Print Shipping Label.”
6. The system will display the shipping label. You can click the “Display Options” button to customize the information shown on the label.
Comparing Kerry Express Status with ZORT:
Call for Pickup: The order status updates to “Awaiting Shipment.”
Courier Pickup: The order status updates to “In Transit.”
In Transit: The order status remains “In Transit.”
Delivery Completed: The order status updates to “Completed,” and stock is automatically deducted.
Return/Cancellation: The order status updates to “Cancelled.”
