API Expiration Notification
What is an API Expiration Notification?
An API expiration notification alerts users that the API connecting ZORT with various marketplaces is nearing expiration or has already expired. APIs are used to facilitate data exchange between ZORT and marketplaces. Each marketplace has a different API expiration period, and ZORT will notify you when an API is nearing expiration or has expired, ensuring continuous connection.

- TikTok Shop
Steps to Renew an API
1. Go to Settings and select Integration. Look for a red notification behind the connector (as shown in the image).
2. Click the notification. The system will redirect you to the Marketplace login page.
Enter the Marketplace User/Password (not the ZORT user) and then click Submit.
3. After logging in, you will return to the ZORT page to confirm the connection. Then click Save.
For Stores That Have Not Purchased an Integration via Lazada Service Marketplace:
1. The system will direct you to Lazada Service Marketplace. Select the desired Service Version and Duration.
2. Click Buy Now.
3. Review and agree to the Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
4. Click Confirm.
5. Click Pay Now.
6. Select your preferred payment method.
7. Once the purchase is complete, click Authorized Services.
8. Click Use Service.
9. Select the box indicating you have read and agreed to the Data Permission Statement.
10. Click Agree.
11. Select your country and enter your email/password.
12. Click Submit.
