To et up the transmission of TikTok Shop sales data to PEAK, you can set up 2 parts as follows:
1. Setting Masked Data for Customer Names
If customer names are masked as **:
1. Go to the “Settings” menu under “Connect Other Services.”
2. Click on the PEAK connector.
3. Click “Edit.”
4. Select the “Masked Data” tab.
5. Choose from two options:
- None: TikTok Shop sales will not be sent to PEAK.
- Custom: Set a custom customer name, and the system will use this name to send data to PEAK.
2. Setting Payment Method
1. Select the “Receipts and Expenses” tab.
2. Go to the “Payment Method” section, check the payment method for “TikTok Shop,” and enter the “Payment Method Code.”
3. Click the three dots next to the connector and choose “Edit.”
4. Go to the tax settings for sales and select “Include Tax.”
5. Payment Method Configuration Options:
- Retrieve Payment Method from Marketplace: The system will use the actual payment method used by the buyer on TikTok Shop.
- Set Payment Method: You can specify the payment method directly in ZORT.
Note: For TikTok Shop, it is recommended to set the payment method to automatic and define the payment method to keep the payment data simple and ensure easy transmission to PEAK.
Example of TikTok Shop Sales Data Sent to PEAK
Details:
- Orange: Use PEAK’s document number. The ZORT sales number will be sent as a reference in PEAK, while the document number will be PEAK’s number.
- Red: Customer Name – The name in the document will use the name set in the PEAK settings.
- Yellow: Product Name – The product name will use the name from the product menu (it may differ from the sales name in PEAK).
- Green: Date – The document date in PEAK will be the payment date in ZORT.
