You can add a contact in 2 ways:
1. Add manually through the Customer/Partner menu
2. Import an Excel file
Adding Contacts Manually
1. Go to the “Contacts” menu and select “Contacts”.
2. Click the “Add Contact” button.
3. Fill in the contact information as required:
A. Contact Details: Select the customer group, and enter the code, name, and tags for the contact (if there is a tax ID, check the box to enter the tax ID, branch name, and branch number).
B. Contact Data: Enter the phone number, mobile number, fax number, email, address, and contact person’s name.
C. Online Media: If there are URLs for the customer’s/partner’s online channels, you can enter them here.
4. Click “Save”.
5. After saving, you will see the customer/partner information as shown below.
