How to Check the PEAK Accounting Log

For stores that want to verify whether ZORT has successfully sent various transactions to PEAK or to check how many transactions have been successfully sent, you can easily check this information using the Accounting Log on ZORT. Here’s how:

 

How to Check the PEAK Accounting Log

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Accounting Log.

 

2. You will be taken to the Accounting Log page, where you will see the following details:

A. Advanced Search:

  • You can filter by transaction number, send status details, and date-time to view specific information.

B. Log Details of Data Sent from ZORT to PEAK:

  • Transaction: ZORT transaction number.
  • Document Number: The document number generated on PEAK.
  • Date-Time Sent: The date and time when ZORT sent the data to PEAK.
  • Connection: The name of the PEAK channel configured by the store.
  • Type: The type of data sent to PEAK (e.g., if sales data is sent to create a receipt, it will display “Create Receipt”).
  • Send Status: The status of the data sent to PEAK. If successful, it will display “Completed.” If unsuccessful, it will display “Not Sent/Incomplete.”
  • Send Status Details: Explanation of the data sent to PEAK, including:
    • Successful Send: Displays “Accounting document sent successfully.”
    • Unsuccessful Send: Displays “Sending issue.”
    • In Progress: Displays “Sending.”
    • Mismatch: Displays “Data not sent.”
  • View Details: You can click to view detailed information for each transaction.

Note: Logs displayed can only be viewed for up to 90 days.

 

By following these steps, you can easily monitor the status of transactions sent to PEAK, ensuring that all your accounting data is accurately processed.
