Stores can customize shipping labels when handling deliveries themselves or using external couriers. You can choose to display additional details as follows:
- Display product list
- Show order notes
- Customize fields – Display the Order ID, Order Value, and Customer Name
How to Set Up
- Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Organisation”.
- Choose “Document”.
- Go to the “Shipping Label” section and select the desired display option:
- None – No additional details on the label.
- Product List – Displays the ordered products.
- Remark (Order) – Shows notes from the order.
- Custom – Choose to display the Order ID, Order Value, or Customer Name.
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
