How to Connect
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Integration”. Click on “API Reference”.
2. Click to activate the API.
3. Copy the “apikey” and “apisecret” for future use.
4. Go to the “Extension” menu and click “Add” next to the ZORTOUT connection option.
5. Configure Settings: Enter the Email, apikey (public key), and apisecret (secret key) obtained from ZORT, then click Connect. After that, click Sync Product.
6. Verify Connection: Return to ZORT, where the name Ketshopweb should appear under “Connect Other Services”. This completes the system connection setup.

Automatic Product Updates
- Update Product Information: This will automatically update product prices, descriptions, and weights in Ketshopweb.
- Update Inventory: This will automatically update stock quantities or available quantities in Ketshopweb.
Automatic Sales Listing
- Await Transfer: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Awaiting Transfer” (pending transfer from the warehouse). The status will not automatically update in ZORT; the store must manually update it to “Completed” in the ZORT backend.
- Immediate Transfer: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Completed” (immediate transfer from the warehouse).
- Automatic: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Awaiting Transfer” (pending transfer from the warehouse). When the status is updated in Ketshopweb, it will automatically update to “Completed” (transferred from the warehouse) in ZORT.
Cancelled Orders
When the status is updated to “Cancelled” in Ketshopweb, the status in ZORT will also update to “Cancelled” and “Payment Cancelled”.
Payment Status Settings
- Awaiting Payment: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Awaiting Payment”. If the status is updated in Ketshopweb, the ZORT status will not automatically update; the store must manually update it to “Completed” in the ZORT backend.
- Paid: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Paid”.
- Automatic: When an order is sent from Ketshopweb to ZORT, the order status will be “Awaiting Payment”. When the status is updated to “Paid” in Ketshopweb, the status in ZORT will automatically update to “Completed”.
Adding and Removing Products
- Adding Products: To add a new product, it is recommended to add it from ZORT. Once updated, the system will automatically sync the product to Ketshopweb with the following details:
- Product Name
- Main Image
- Sale Price
- Product Weight
Note: Product categories must be added in Ketshopweb manually.
- Removing Products: To remove a product from inventory, delete it from ZORT and ensure it is also removed from Ketshopweb.
