The ZORT system has updated the process for creating return orders from Marketplace platforms to reflect the exact return dates from the Marketplace. Previously, return orders referenced the sale date, showing the same date. The platforms with updated information include:
- Lazada
- Shopee
- Tiktok
- Line My Shop
Note: Return orders will only be created automatically if the store has enabled automatic return order creation.
1. Old Return Order Format: In this format, both the sale date and return date are the same. For example:
- Sale Date: 28 October 2023
- When a return order is created, the system displays the same date, 28 October 2023, as the return date.

2. New Return Order Format: In this format, the sale date and return date can differ. The return date reflects the actual date the return was created in the Marketplace. For example:
- Sale Date: 25 August 2023
- When a return order is created, the return date will be 31 August 2023, which is the actual return creation date in the Marketplace.

Note: Return orders from the Marketplace will also display the parcel number in the return order details.
