You can configure user permissions in ZORT to control access to customer lists based on who created them. Follow these steps to set up the permissions
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “User Rights.”
2. Click “Add user rights” to create a new set of permissions. To modify existing permissions, click the three dots next to the permission name and select “Edit.”
3. Go to the “Orders” section.
4. Choose “Show All Contacts” or “Show Only Contacts Created by the User.” (If you select “Show Only Contacts Created by the User,” users will only see customer names they have created.)
5. Click “Save” to apply the settings.
With these settings, users will be able to view either all customer lists or only those they have created, according to the permissions you set.
