What is ZORT POS?

ZORT POS is a point-of-sale system available exclusively on Android Tablets. When a store processes transactions through the ZORT POS app, the data is sent to the backend system for inventory management.

Sending Orders from POS to PEAK

To set up  the transfer of orders to TikTok Shop, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings >> Connect Other Services >> Tap on the PEAK Connector and edit it.

 

2. Orders from the POS app or in-store system is sent to PEAK in two formats:

  • Orders with Member Phone Numbers: Data is sent to PEAK as normal sales transactions.
  • Orders without Member Phone Numbers: Data is sent to PEAK as aggregated daily transactions, combining all items into a single entry.

  • Orange: Sales transaction number (PEAK number is used; ZORT number appears as a reference).
  • Gray: Customer phone number entered in the POS app.
  • Red: Product name, quantity, price, and item discounts.
  • Green: Transaction date (if configured to send receipts, it will be the payment date).

 

Example 2: Orders without Member Phone Numbers

 

The POS orders dated 16 February 2023, consist of 2 items. When these orders are sent to PEAK, they will be combined into a single entry. The combined entry will include the products, prices, and discounts as a single total amount.

Details:

  • Pink: Sales transaction number (runs according to PEAK).
  • Red: Products in POS sales without phone numbers; aggregated data including item discounts.
  • Gray: Customer name (will be shown as POS Customer in PEAK).
  • Green: Transaction date (reference payment date).
  • Purple: Total amount (sum of all sales).
