With the Line OA feature on ZORT Social Commerce, merchants can chat with customers on Line while simultaneously creating sales orders on the ZORT system without needing to switch screens. Follow these steps to get started:
Important Information Before Using the Line OA Feature on ZORT Social Commerce:
1. Enable Bot Mode Throughout Use: This allows the system to send messages to the ZORT back-office system. Note: When Bot Mode is enabled, you can only operate through ZORT, not the regular Line OA.
2. Messages on Line OA Before Bot Mode Activation: These will not be pulled into the ZORT system.
3. Replying to Messages Costs the Same as Broadcasting: Each message reply is counted as a broadcast.
How to Use Line OA Feature on ZORT Social Commerce
1. Click on the “Social Commerce” button.
2. A new tab will appear. Click on the Line icon and choose the store you want to communicate with customers from.
3. After selecting the store, you will see all chat messages. Select a customer’s message on the left side and start chatting.
4. When a customer places an order, click on the “Create New Order” button to generate a bill in the ZORT system.
5. Click “Add Products” to create a sales order.
6. Choose the products you want to add to the order.
7. Click “Add” again to confirm.
8. Choose the preferred shipping service and shipping fee. You can also choose to display the shipping fee with VAT.
9. Choose the customer’s preferred payment method.
10. Click “Save.”
11. Once saved, the system will automatically send an order confirmation message to the customer, including a link for payment and shipping details.

12. Return to the sales order page, where you can view the orders created through Social Commerce and proceed with shipping the products.
Additional Features
Tagging
1. Tag customer statuses similarly to responding to messages on a Facebook Page by clicking on the user account.
2. Go to “Settings.”
3. Under the “Tags” section.
4. Click “Add Tag.”
5. Enter the desired tag name
6. Click “Save.”
7. Return to the conversation page, where you can immediately start using the Tag
Filter Messages
1. On the chat list window, you can filter messages by all messages, pending replies, spam, or replied messages.
2. You can also filter the display by specific tags.
Sending Product Details via Link
1. Send additional product details to customers by sharing a product link. Click on “Share.”
2. Choose the product you want to share and click “Share.”
3. The system will send the product details link to the customer, allowing them to view more information.
4. When customers click the link, they will see the product information as recorded in the ZORT system, and they can order directly through this link.
Quick Response Message Setup
1. Store frequently used messages for quick responses by clicking on the “Frequently Used Messages” button.
2. Click “Add” to add a new quick response message, with a limit of up to 20 messages.
3. Enter the desired quick response message.
4. Click “Save.”
5. Once saved, you can click on “Frequently Used Messages” and select the message you want to send.
6. The system will display the saved message, allowing you to send it to the customer instantly.
