Managing Income and Expenses with Basic Financial (Overview)

The most tedious aspect of running a business is managing finances, including profit, sales, and daily income, which require constant summary reports. Today, we can easily view basic financial reports anytime, anywhere with ZORT’s basic financial features. Let’s take a look together.

The financial menu consists of 5 sections:

 

1. Overview

For viewing overall information on income, expenses, and the balance in each wallet.

 

2. Wallets

For recording the amount of money in banks or various payment channels. We can see the amount of money in each payment channel we have stored.

 

3. Income

For recording other incomes besides product sales, such as income from collecting membership fees from distributors.

 

4. Expenses

For recording other expenses besides product sales, such as Facebook advertising costs or store rent.

 

5. Transfer 

Transfers in the ZORT system are transfers between wallets we have created, such as transferring money from one bank account to another.

 

Tip: Depositing cash into a bank can also use this function by selecting to transfer from Cash to Bank.
