How to Set Up Google Drive

After successfully connecting to Google Drive, you can configure the integration as follows:

 

1. Go to the “Settings” menu. > Select “Integration.” >Click on the Google Drive connector and choose “Edit.”

 

 

2. Configuration Options

There are two main settings:

2.1 General

Automatic Data Updates: Choose how often data is sent from ZORT to Google Drive. The available options are:

  • Do Not Update: No data will be sent from ZORT to Google Drive.
  • Daily Update: Data will be sent to Google Drive the next day.
  • Monthly Update: Data will be sent to Google Drive on the 1st of the following month.
  • Hourly Update: Data will be sent to Google Drive every hour as specified.

Main Folder: Configure the name of the main folder to be created on Google Drive. You can add a folder by clicking the “Add Folder” button and naming it as desired.

 

 

2.2 Files and Documents

  • Files: Attach files from the menu “Documents” > “Files” (e.g., transfer slips).
  • Documents: Include printed and saved documents from the menu “Documents” > “Account Documents.”

 

 

The available document types include:

1. Sales and Returns List

2. Purchases and Returns List

3. Other Income

4. Other Expenses

 

Manual Data Upload

If you need to immediately send files or documents to Google Drive:

1. Go to “Settings” > “Integration.” > Click on the Google Drive connector. >Choose to send files or documents using the “Send File” or “Send Document” buttons.

1. Files: When attaching files to an entry, the system will send the file to Google Drive.

2. Documents: After printing and saving documents, they will be sent to Google Drive.
