ZORT LIVE System: How to Set Up

After successfully connecting your store to the ZORT LIVE system, as detailed in the “ZORT LIVE Feature: How to Connect,” you can configure ZORT LIVE before starting a live stream by following these steps:

 

1. Go to the “Social Commerce” menu.

 

2. Click on the “Camera Icon.”

3. Press the “Create” button.

 

4. Select the “Page” you want to live stream on.

5. Name your live stream.

6. Once you’ve named your live stream, click “Create.”

 

7. Go to the “Settings” menu.

8. Click on the tab “Edit Settings for This Live Stream” to enable editing.

Note: Apply this setting to all the following menus: Sales, Shipping, Products, and Message Formats.

A: CF (Confirm Order) Settings

  • Recording Orders Only When “CF” is Typed Before the Product Code: For example, if your product code is A01, the system will not record an order if the customer only types A01. The customer must type “CF A01” for the system to record the order.
  • Recording Orders Based on Product Codes Only: If this setting is enabled, the system will only record orders when the customer types the exact product code. For example, if the product code is A01, the customer must type A01 to record the order. If enabled, the system will capture any message containing the product code, such as “Hello A01,” as an order.
  • Liking Successful Order Messages: The system will “like” messages containing successful orders to confirm the order.
  • Preventing Duplicate CFs: If a customer submits the same order message multiple times, the system will only record it once. This is useful for limited edition products where each customer is allowed only one purchase.

 

B: Sales Settings

  • Set the Maximum Number of Products Per Live Session: This limits the total quantity of products a customer can order during a live session.
  • Set Maximum Quantity Per Product Code: Limit the number of items a customer can purchase per product code. For example, if product A01 is set to a maximum of 5 items per person, the customer can only order 5 units of A01.
  • Set Expiry Date for Sales Orders: If the customer does not pay within the specified time, the order will be canceled, and the stock will be returned to the inventory.
  • Send Payment Reminder Messages: The system will send a payment reminder to the customer one day after the order is placed.

 

C: Shipping Settings

  • Select Shipping Services: Choose the shipping service and enable cash on delivery (COD) for the live session.

 

D: Product Settings

  • Low Stock Alerts During Live Streams: The system will alert you when the product quantity falls below a specified number during the live stream.

 

E: Message Format Settings

  • Header for Shared Product Messages: Customize the header message for product recommendations during the live stream. For example, if you set the message to “Special Sale Product,” the system will attach this message to every product shared during the live stream.
  • Header for Order Summary Messages: Customize the header message for order summaries that appear when customers type a CF code.
  • Footer for Order Summary Messages: Customize the footer message for order summaries that appear when customers type a CF code.
  • Out-of-Stock Response Messages: Set the message that will be sent to customers if a product is out of stock.

9. Once all settings are configured, click the “Save” button.

 

After saving, the system will record all the configured settings. You can proceed to create a live stream and refer to the “User Guide for ZORT LIVE: How to Create ZORT LIVE and Usage Instructions” for further steps on using the live streaming features.
