How to Manage Orders from Lazada

Store owners can efficiently manage orders from Lazada by following these steps:

 

Orders from Lazada

1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders.”

2. When you click on the order to see the buyer’s details. The system will pull this information directly from Lazada.

Arranging Shipping for Orders from Lazada

1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders.”

2. Choose the order you want to confirm.

3. Click “Ready to Ship (Marketplace)” and select Lazada from the drop-down menu.

4. Select the warehouse from which you will transfer the goods, then click the “Next” button.

5. Choose the shipping method, then click the “Next” button.

6. The system will summarize the packing details before shipping. Click “Next” to proceed.

7. The system will show the shipping status. Click “Confirm.”

8. The order status in ZORT will change to “Ready to Ship.”

and in Lazada, it will change to “Ready to Ship.”

Printing Shipping Labels and Other Documents

1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Orders.”

2. Choose the order for which you want to print documents.

3. Click “Print Documents”

4. Select “Print Packing Slip (PDF)”

5. The shipping label page will appear for printing, as shown in the image below.
