How to Set Up Automatic Shipping for Marketplace Orders (Auto Ready to Ship)
Auto Ready to Ship is a feature that automatically sets orders from the Marketplace to “Ready to Ship” to streamline store operations and expedite shipping. Here’s how to configure it:

Setup Instructions
1. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Connect Other Services”.
2. Click on the three dots next to the Marketplace you wish to configure.
3. Select “Edit”.
4. Go to “Ready to Ship Status Settings”, enable the “Auto Ready to Ship” option.
Scheduling:
First Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 09:00 and 10:00.
Second Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 12:00 and 13:00.
Third Update: The system will perform Auto Ready to Ship between 18:00 and 20:00.
To have the system perform Auto Ready to Ship continuously, select the time period from 12:00 to 23:59.
2. Specify Dates: Choose the days you want the system to perform Auto Ready to Ship, either every day or specific days.
Example: Set Auto Ready to Ship for Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
3. Exceptions: Choose up to 3 specific dates and times when Auto Ready to Ship should not occur.
Example:
Exception 1: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Monday from 06:30 to 06:40.
Exception 2: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Tuesday from 06:30 to 06:40.
Exception 3: Exclude Auto Ready to Ship on Wednesday from 06:30 to 06:40.
4. Select Automatic Pickup Time: This setting allows the system to choose a pickup time or window for collecting goods. You can choose from the following three options:
A. Do Not Automatically Select Pickup Time: The system will not send pickup times to the Marketplace, allowing the store to coordinate directly with the courier.
B. Select Earliest Pickup Time: The system will choose the earliest pickup time provided by the Marketplace and send it to the courier.
C. Select Latest Pickup Time: The system will choose the latest pickup time provided by the Marketplace and send it to the courier.
Note:
1. If using Dropoff services or handling parcels yourself, choose “Do Not Automatically Select Pickup Time”.
2. If using your own delivery fleet, you can also set Auto Ready to Ship, and the system will automatically update the order status to “Shipped”.
