How to Set Up and Edit Address for Line MyShop

The feature for editing the address of Line MyShop orders is useful when a buyer needs to update the shipping address. Sellers can edit the address directly through the Line MyShop system, and the address information will be automatically updated in the ZORT system as well. Follow these simple steps:

 

Setting Up Hook for Address Editing on Line MyShop (for existing customers)

1. Log into the Line MyShop Seller system and go to the “E-commerce” menu.

2. Select the “Store Settings” option.

3. Click on “MyShop Open API.”

4. Choose the Webhook you want to configure.

5. Go to the “Events (Order Details)” section and tick the box for “Order (Update Address)” (for new customers, this option will be automatically enabled by the system).

Editing Address by the Seller

Note: Address editing is only possible for orders that have not yet been shipped.

 

1. Go to the “E-commerce” menu.

2. Click on “Track Orders.”

3. Select the order for which you want to edit the address.

4. Click the “Edit” button.

5. Enter the new address information.

6. Click “Save.”

After saving, the system will display the latest update information, including the date of the update and the user who made the changes.

When you return to the ZORT system, the sales order will automatically update the new address on the shipping request page.

Additional Recommendations for Stores Using Fulfillment Services and Shipping on the ZORT System

1. If a store has already requested shipping in the ZORT system and then updates the address, the store must request shipping again to ensure the new address is used.

2. If the item has already been shipped to the courier, the store will not be able to edit the address on Line MyShop.

3. If an order has been sent to Fulfillment and the store updates the address afterward, the new address will not be sent to Fulfillment. The store must notify Fulfillment directly to update the address.

4. For orders that have been sent to Fulfillment, the store must re-request shipping and provide a new shipping label file to the courier.

5. To avoid affecting the Fulfillment process, stores should check the ZORT system to verify if the order has already been sent to Fulfillment.

  • If the order has not been sent to Fulfillment: The store can edit the buyer’s address as usual.
  • If the order has been sent to Fulfillment: It is not recommended to change the buyer’s address, as it may impact the fulfillment process.

By following these guidelines, stores can efficiently manage address updates and ensure smooth operations with Fulfillment services.
