Deposit payment documents are used for partial advance payments for goods or services. This agreement is between the debtor and creditor to ensure the purchase.
Steps to Print Deposit Payment Documents:
1. Create a purchase/orders transaction, record the payment in the transaction details, and enter the deposit amount.
The order have a detailed as follows:
- Red: Total amount 4950 THB,
- Orange: Deposit 500 THB,
- Green: Remaining balance 4450 THB.
2. Go to Payments and click Print next to the payment.
3. Choose the document type: Deposit or Deposit/Tax Invoice.

4. When the remaining amount is due, click Add payment to record the payment.
5. Enter the remaining amount.
6. Click Confirm Payment.
7. Go to Payments and click Print next to the second payment.
8. Choose the document type: Tax Invoice/Receipt or Receipt.

Display of Deposit Calculation on the Document
In the case of a sales transaction with a partial payment, when the store prints the document from the payment section on the sales transaction details page, the document will only show the amount the customer has deposited. The document will display the item price, discount, and shipping cost proportionally based on the percentage of the total amount paid in that particular installment. Here’s an example:

Sales Transaction Information:
1. Item Price: 150 THB
2. Discount: 50.00 THB
3. Shipping Cost: 100 THB
4. Total Amount: 200 THB
5. Partial Payment: 50 THB (25% of the total amount)
Information Displayed in the Document:
1. Item Price: 150 THB : 150 – 25% = 37.50 THB
2. Discount: 50.00 THB : 50 – 25% = 12.5 THB
3. Shipping Cost: 100 THB : 100 – 25% = 25 THB
4. Total Amount: 200 THB : 200 – 25% = 50 THB (amount paid)
