ZORT offers an option for store owners to handle deposits or partial payments by following these steps:
1. Go to the “Orders” menu and select “Add Order”
2. Fill in the sales information. Then scroll down and click “Add Payment.”
3. Enter the payment amount.
For example, if the product costs 300 Baht, but the customer pays a partial of 150 Baht, enter 150 in the payment amount field.
4. Click “OK.”
5. Review the payment details again and click “Save.”
6. Once the transaction is saved, the orders will show the payment details, including the amount paid and the remaining balance.
7. On the Orders, the payment status will display as “Partially.”
