You can set up promotions in the system in three ways:
1. Store Promotions
Store promotions apply a uniform discount across the entire store, such as offering a 10% discount when purchasing 1,000 Baht worth of products.
How to set up store promotions:
1. Select the “Promotions” menu under the “Store” section.
2. Click “Add” to create a new promotion.
3. Enter the promotion details.
4. Click “Add.”
2. Product Group Promotions
Product group promotions allow you to create a promotion for a specific group of products. You can create three types of promotions:
1. Set a new selling price for the product group.
2. Set a percentage discount.
3. Offer a discount amount and include free products.
How to set up product group promotions:
1. Select the “Promotions” menu under the “Product Group” section.
2. Click “Add” to create a new promotion.
3. Enter the promotion details.
4. Select the products to include in the promotion.
A. Minimum total bill amount: You can set a minimum bill amount to receive the discount (e.g., purchase 100 Baht to get a 5% discount).
B. Discount type:
Set a selling price (input the special price for the product).
Discount by amount.
Discount by percentage (%).
5. Select the products to include as a bonus.
6. Click “Save.”
3. Joint Product Promotions
Joint product promotions allow you to group products for a promotion. Customers can purchase any one of the specified products in the group. There are three types of promotions you can create:
1. Set a new selling price for one of the products in the group.
2. Set a percentage or amount discount.
3. Include a free product with the promotion.
Example:
Create a joint promotion including products A, B, and C, where purchasing any one of these products will qualify for the promotion.
How to set up joint product promotions:
1. Select the “Promotions” menu under the “Joint Products” section.
2. Click “Add” to create a new promotion.
3. Enter the promotion details.
4. Select the products to include in the joint promotion and specify the quantities.
A. Minimum total bill amount: You can set a minimum bill amount to receive the discount (e.g., purchase any one product for 100 Baht to get a special price of 450 Baht).
B. Discount types: You can set three types of discounts:
Set a new selling price.
Discount by amount.
Discount by percentage (%).
5. Select the products to include as a bonus.
6. Click “Add.”
4. Quantity-Based Promotions
Quantity-based promotions allow you to set a discount based on the number of items purchased, such as offering a 5% discount for 1-2 items and a 10% discount for 3-5 items.
How to set up quantity-based promotions:
1. Select the “Promotions” menu under the “Quantity” section.
2. Click “Add” to create a new promotion.
3. Enter the promotion details.
4. Select the products to include in the promotion.
5. Click “Add” to set the price range.
6. Click “Save.”
