How to Set Up User Rights

ZORT allows you to customize permissions for each employee, controlling their access to various data. For instance, if you want an employee to manage inventory but not view cost prices, you can configure these permissions. Here’s how you can set up user permissions:

Adding New User Rights

Note: It’s recommended to set up user permissions before adding users to the system.

1. Go to the menu “Settings” and select “User rights.”

2. Click on “Add user rights.”

3. Enter a name for the new user rights.

4. Select the areas and data that the permission should allow access to.

5. Click “Save.”

Editing User Permissions

1. Go to the menu “Settings” and select “User rightss.”

2. Click “Edit” next to the permission you want to modify.

3. Modify the permission details as needed.

4. Click “Save.”

Once you complete these steps, you will have successfully created or modified user permissions to fit your requirements.
